Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to POS System. We understand that in order to succeed, we need to continuously listen to the needs and suggestions of our customers. We work to incorporate them into our products and services. That’s why we were particularly thrilled when one of our Seating Allocation customers mentioned that it would be helpful to have employee names included in the booking app.

We immediately saw the value in this suggestion and knew it was something we wanted to implement as soon as possible. In the past, when selecting a desk for the day, many of our customers simply chose the one nearest to their department. While this might be convenient sometimes, it’s not always the most suitable option. For example, you might prefer to sit next to a colleague you work closely with. You may also have a friend at the company and would like to sit near them. That’s where the newly added employee names feature comes in handy.

We’ve added an interactive map to the app, allowing you to view any desk’s surroundings and even search for a colleague using the search bar. This means that you can easily find the most suitable hybrid workstation for you, whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to focus on a project or a more collaborative area where you can brainstorm with team members. For recently hired employees who may not know all of their colleagues, employee names are helpful. It can help facilitate introductions and help people get to know one another better.

In addition to making it easier to find a desk that meets your needs, the employee names feature also helps to create a more cohesive and connected work environment. It allows people to sit near those they work closely with and build stronger working relationships. This can lead to increased productivity and a more positive work culture overall.

 

We are always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experiences and are grateful for the suggestion from this particular Seating Allocation user. We hope that adding employee names to the booking app will make the process of choosing a desk for the day much more efficient and convenient for all of our users.
