COVID-19 has created challenges, socially and economically for many workplaces, by introducing many

new health guidelines such as, distance between each workstation, employee shifts, sanitary stations and more. All this forcing us to act differently. We have created a COVID-19 resource page to help answer some

Q- Can ‘work shifts’ be displayed/identified on POC’s system?

A: Yes, There is an option to define Employees and Workstations as shifting working spots. Therefore, users have the ability to see an ‘occupancy map’.

Q- Can the distance between workstations be measured accurately on POC’s platform?

A: Yes, POC’s platform offers a measuring tool which enables users to accurately measure the distance between workstations.

Q- Can simulations be made on POC’s platform?

A: Yes, POC’s solution offers users the ability to request that a new site be opened as a ‘simulation site’ where they would be able to make simulations.

Q- Does POC’s solution allow users to keep track of employees who currently are not allocated to a specific workstation ( ex: Remote workers, employees on leave, etc…)?

A: Yes, users have the ability to place employees in a virtual room. This virtual room is simply a list of employees that are currently not occupying a specific workstation. Users are also able to label why the employee has been placed in the virtual room (ie: employee works remotely / employees on maternity leave).
