POC System, a SaaS platform for managing spaces, income-generating real estate assets, and office seating arrangements, is seeking an energetic Junior Customer Success Team Lead to guide our team of Account Managers!

What will be your challenges and opportunities?
- Direct management and leadership of a team of Account Managers.
- Close support of business clients in Israel and globally – from the implementation and training phase to ongoing usage and expansion of activity.
- Full responsibility for high customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, creative problem-solving, and preventing churn.
- Routine work with a wide range of internal (Product & Development, Management, Projects, Sales) and external (Customers) interfaces.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance team effectiveness.
- The ability to combine management with hands-on work.
What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in customer management.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success roles or in customer service and support – a must!
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team – approximately 2 years.
- High service orientation, developed analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with CRM systems, Excel, and Monday.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Advantage: Background as an Industrial and Management Engineer or as a Space Planner, Architectural Technician.
- Hands-on – willingness and ability to directly intervene and assist when necessary.
