POC System is growing – and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Implementation Project Manager to lead the setup and delivery of our SaaS platform for new customers.

POC develops a visual SaaS platform for managing commercial real estate, spaces, floor plans and occupancy, serving leading companies and organizations in Israel and internationally.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong AutoCAD skills with proven project and people management experience – someone who enjoys working with plans and data but also knows how to lead people, manage customers and drive complex projects to completion.

What will you own?

You will take full end-to-end responsibility for new customer implementations – from the moment a project is handed over by Sales, through data collection, CAD preparation, system setup and QA, all the way to successful delivery to the customer and the Customer Success team.

This is a true hands-on management role.

You’ll personally perform a significant part of the professional work while also managing internal team members, external resources and multiple stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Work extensively with AutoCAD – approximately 50% of the role.
• Review, prepare and process architectural drawings, floor plans and spatial data.
• Lead new implementation projects from Sales handover through successful delivery.
• Collect and organize customer information, including drawings, tenant lists, area data and other property information.
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies and gaps between drawings, data and actual property conditions.
• Build and configure customer environments within the POC platform.
• Manage and coordinate internal employees, CAD professionals and external service providers.
• Assign tasks, set priorities and monitor execution and quality.
• Manage several customer projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivery targets.
• Perform QA and quality control before every customer delivery.
• Take full ownership of the final delivery to the customer and Customer Success team.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and other internal teams.
• Conduct customer meetings, onboarding sessions and professional training.
• Visit customer sites and properties when required.
• Continuously improve implementation processes, standards and working methods.

What are we looking for?

• Strong AutoCAD skills – a must.
• Significant experience working with architectural drawings, floor plans or similar technical plans – a must.
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing projects, employees and/or professional delivery teams – a must.
• Proven ability to manage people, assign work, monitor execution and take responsibility for results.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of ownership – someone who sees a project through from beginning to end.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong technical orientation and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct meetings, presentations and customer training.
• Good professional English.

Strong advantage

• Background as an Architectural Technician, Architect, CAD professional, Space Planner or similar.
• Experience implementing software or information systems.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing external suppliers, subcontractors or outsourcing teams.
• Experience working with commercial real estate, property management or facility/space management.
