POC System is growing – and we’re looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to take an active role in shaping and developing our SaaS platform.

POC develops a visual SaaS platform for managing commercial real estate, spaces, floor plans and occupancy, serving leading companies and organizations in Israel and internationally.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical orientation, product thinking and approximately 3 years of relevant experience – someone who understands how software is built, enjoys getting into the details, and can turn business needs into clear, practical solutions for Development and QA.

What will you do?

• Own product initiatives from idea and research through specification, development, testing and release.
• Identify customer and business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely and daily with Development and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Understand and help define system flows, APIs, integrations and technical solutions.
• Take an active role in testing new features and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Manage product and release documentation, including Release Notes, What’s New updates, How-To guides and training materials.
• Work with internal stakeholders and customers to continuously improve the product.
• Explore and help implement AI-based capabilities and tools within the product and internal product processes.

What are we looking for?

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management or a similar role in a SaaS/software environment.
• Strong and proven technical orientation – a must.
• Good understanding of modern Web applications, including Front-End, Back-End, APIs and integrations.
• Ability to understand system architecture, data flows and technical dependencies.
• Experience writing product specifications, User Stories, acceptance criteria and technical documentation.
• Experience working directly with Development and QA teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, independent and able to drive tasks from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.

Strong advantage

• Experience with Application Security, Information Security or API Security.
• Practical experience with AI tools, AI-based product features or AI-assisted development processes.
• Technical background in software development, QA, system analysis or a related field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and integrations with external systems.
