What are the advantages of a co-working office layout?

Hello. I'm considering using a co-working office layout for my team because it's affordable. However, I do also have concerns about privacy that comes with using this type of layout, so I'm not entirely sure about using it. Does anyone know if co-working office layouts are beneficial?
