What are the advantages of a co-working office layout?

Hello. I'm considering using a co-working office layout for my team because it's affordable. However, I do also have concerns about privacy that comes with using this type of layout, so I'm not entirely sure about using it. Does anyone know if co-working office layouts are beneficial?

Coworking can be amazing for employees working on similar projects, but it can also have a negative impact if done incorrectly. Coworking can drastically improve productivity in the office as employees can share ideas with each other and collaborate on projects. This leads to better networking opportunities too, making it easy for employees to connect with other like-minded people in the office.
