How can I make my workplace more energy efficient?

Hey, I am looking to make our workplace more energy efficient. Both to reduce office maintenance costs and to meet new company regulations regarding the reduction of our carbon footprint. What steps can we execute to reduce our overall energy expenditure? Any help would be appreciated.
