What is the impact of office design on employee mental health and well-being?
Asked a year ago
With many of us spending a significant portion of our lives in the office, I'm wondering if there are certain design elements that can either positively or negatively affect our mental health. I'd love to hear any insights or personal experiences on this. Thank you in advance!

Designing a workspace effectively can result in healthier, less stressed, and more productive employees. For example, incorporating natural light sources into your workspace reportedly exposes employees to 173% more sunlight — resulting in an extra 46 minutes of sleep per night and better overall health and quality of life. A poorly-lit workspace, on the other hand, can cause increased levels, headaches, and eye strain.
