What are some best practices to follow for hybrid meetings?

As the facilities manager at a digital marketing agency, I have recently implemented a hybrid work model. The company will be having its first hybrid meeting soon, and I want to be sure that the meeting remains as collaborative and productive as an in-office meeting. Does anyone know of any best practices I can follow? Thanks.

- Keep all attendees engaged with both video and audio.
- Ask participants directly and address them by name.
- Display the remote participants on a projector screen.
- Ask the attendees for feedback and take their suggestions for improvements in the future.
