What are better alternative metrics for all-in utilization rate?

Hello all, I’ve been using the all-in utilization rate to evaluate our workspace performance, but it doesn't provide a comprehensive picture. Does anyone know some alternative or supplementary metrics that would be more effective in helping us analyze our workspace usage? Thanks everyone.
