How many shifts can I allocate to each working spot?

Hey, I am a HR manager for an online news outlet. We have many employees that are freelance journalists for us and therefore we aim to have some form of hot desking/office hoteling implemented. I have a specific question about the platform itself, in the material it says that you can create multiple shifts for each workspace. How do I add more shifts to any particular workspace and what is the maximum number of shifts that can be assign to each?
