Consider these workplace seating arrangement tips:
Department Seating
If they often discuss work, coworkers in the same department perform best when seated together. The proximity makes it easier to communicate plans and consult each other.
Put Related Departments Together
Because of frequent collaboration on projects and tasks, related departments should also be located near each other.
Provide Space For Upper Management
Upper management should have a separate section as they will need more space and privacy.
