How many employee names can I add in the Booking App?

Hi, I am a facility manager for a shipping company with around 250 employees in our offices. My question is fairly specific to an update provided recently on the POC-system platform. We now have the potential to add employee names to the software. Are there any restrictions to how many employees names can be added to the platform? Also are there any current methods to group these employees to teams? Thank you in advance.
