Which tools are needed to make a hybrid workplace efficient?

Hi there. I'm in the process of implementing a hybrid work model at the company I work for and I'm looking for tools to use that will make productivity and collaboration easier for the teams. I've already chosen project management software, but I would like to find out about any other tools that would be helpful too. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

You’ll need those that employees will use regularly. Firstly, a desk booking software to let employees reserve a spot ahead of time, so they can just walk in and start working immediately. Departments can also book near each other for increased collaboration.
Communication tools, such as Slack, MS Teams, or anything else, should also be set up to keep employees up to date on projects, announcements, and check-ins.
Since you’re likely operating on a hybrid setup, virtual meeting tools like Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx will make it easy for teams to connect with each other or with other stakeholders.
