What factors to consider when remodeling an existing office space?
Asked 2 years ago
Our company is planning to remodel our existing office space. We want to ensure the new space is functional, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, but we also want to stay within budget and minimize disruptions to our day-to-day operations. What are some important factors to keep in mind when remodeling an office space? Should we prioritize certain aspects of the redesign, such as open space vs. private areas or incorporating new technology? Thanks in advance.

When remodeling an existing office space, there are several important factors to consider. First and foremost, you want to ensure that the new space is functional for your operations and comfortable for your employees. To that end, it’s important to think about how best to organize the furniture, optimize traffic flow patterns, and create different types of collaborative workspaces.
A tool like POC System will also be useful, as it can help you manage and optimize your workspace through a clear, interactive platform. Not only will you be able to visualize your floor plan, but you can also make space management decisions based on employee usage data.
