There are many effective ways to reduce office space waste and improve sustainability, such as incorporating as much natural lighting as possible, utilizing energy-efficient technology and appliances, and reducing paper waste.
Another thing that can significantly impact carbon emissions is implementing a hybrid work setup and being open to more flexible work schedules. By allowing employees to work from home or other remote locations, you can reduce the need for physical office space, conserve energy, and cut carbon emissions from commutes or car rides to work.
