What are the ways to reduce costs in remote-first hybrid work model?
Asked 2 years ago
Hello, since we transitioned to a remote-first hybrid work model, I'm looking for ways to cut costs. I had in mind optimizing the office spaces, but I also don't want to disrupt the teams' productivity and well-being. I want to know what best practices I can follow to minimize expenses while maintaining a high-performing and supportive work environment?

The remote-first hybrid model gives employees more freedom, improving work-life balance and retention. This helps you avoid spending money on recruiting ads, onboarding, and retraining new hires.
A booking tool eliminates the hassle of finding a meeting or workspace for on-site employees, helping you support them better. This allows employees to plan their schedules and avoid unnecessary distractions and stress.
It also lets you accurately track office users, arrival times, and space usage. You can consider reducing your office space to cut costs if only a few desks are occupied.
