How do you create a sustainable hybrid work model?

Hello! Our company is pretty new to the whole hybrid work model, and as a manager I'm wondering how to make it sustainable. I know that it's a big change for us and our employees, so I want to know if there are any helpful tools that we can use to organize our schedules better and so on, and also create a space with formal or informal opportunities for our employees to connect. A hybrid model works even better when the team is involved in the planning stage. Before creating a schedule, get feedback from management and staff to make them feel supported and understood.
Schedule a few get-togethers for remote workers to mingle and socialize outside the office. Trust and collaboration are cultivated through online and offline team-building exercises and work-related activities like on-site brainstorming sessions.
A booking tool makes it easier for managers to schedule such sessions. It also allows supervisors to see what spaces can be used in advance and find the right collaborative environment.
