How to design our office space to support team-based work in a hybrid model?
Asked 2 years ago
I'm trying to design and lay out our office space to support team-based work in a hybrid model. So, I want to create a space that promotes collaboration and communication between and within team members. I want to know if anyone can provide guidance on how to design our office space to support team-based work in a hybrid model, including any tips or best practices for creating a functional and effective workspace?

Firstly, it's important to create a floor plan that allows for flexibility. This means providing a sufficient amount of space for team members who are working remotely or onsite. It's also important to consider how technology can improve collaboration between remote and onsite staff members, so you should maybe look into using video conference systems, digital whiteboards, and a reliable file-sharing system. Lastly, remember to provide amenities that promote comfort and productivity, like ergonomic furniture, natural light, plants, and artwork, helping you reduce office stress and improve employee satisfaction.
