What kind of cost savings can be made by following a hybrid work model?
Asked 2 years ago
Hey, I am the CFO of a marketing company. Since the pandemic we have been considering work from home and hybrid work models as potential future directions for our company, with us eventually settling on a hybrid model as the most sensible approach. For people that have implemented this model into their own company, what kind of cost savings did you typically see compared to your former way of working? TYIA

Hybrid schedules allow for shared desks and other space-saving measures. Fewer employees also mean lesser amenities or use of facilities which can decrease overhead costs. Moreover, you can downsize your space to lower rent. Track how your space is used with POC's help and maximize it accordingly.
Additionally, working increases employee satisfaction and productivity. They’ll have more time for rest and family, which benefits their well-being. A happy workforce saves time and money from recruiting and orienting new hires.
