Which benefits come with hybrid meetings?

I've noticed that there are fewer employees who are able to attend in-person meetings in the department that I manage, so I'm considering implementing hybrid meetings in an effort to boost attendance. Besides this, does anyone know if there are other benefits that come with implementing hybrid meetings? Thanks!

Hybrid meetings are a great idea for companies with a fully or partly remote work environment. Namely, hybrid meetings often lead to improved efficiency and engagement during meetings—sometimes even more productive can onsite meetings. Due to hybrid meetings being easier to attend, you'll also have higher attendance numbers. Lastly, it's important to take your employees into consideration too. All of them have busy lives outside of work, and hybrid meetings can help them balance their work-life balance.
