Hello everyone! I'm considering downsizing our office space as we transition to a hybrid work model, but I still want our space to be functional and flexible. Can someone provide information on whether the size requirements for office spaces are decreasing because of hybrid work, and what factors I should consider when designing an office space that meets the needs of my employees?
