Hey all, I manage in a business which currently is trying to decide on which office space management software we prefer. One of the great appeals with this software is that it is cloud based so it be accessed from anywhere. This is ideal because we have so many employees that we would need multiple managers to control the system. Therefore, my question is how many users can have access to the POC-system could platform at any given time? Thanks for any help in advanceAsked 2 months ago

How should I plan workspace in a rapidly expanding company?
Hey, I am the site manager at a research institution. Recently we have taken on a large number of employees and it appears that we will continue to do so. My concern is how to plan and optimise workspace whilst we have such a continuous influx of new employees during this time. Should we look to changing to a hybrid work model and implement a desk sharing policy to counter this? Any help would be appreciated.Asked 2 months ago

Best visitor management systems that factor for hot desking?
Hey all, I work for a business that uses a hot desking policy. I have seen lately suggestion to implement a visitor management system. This would be preferential as currently our offices have an entrance onto a busy street where anyone could walk in. The main concern is we would like a software that will work with our hot desking policy, only allowing employees into the building that are scheduled or have booked to use a workspace. Does anyone know how to help with this? TYIAAsked 2 months ago

What considerations should be made for implementing office kitchen?
Hey all, I'm the HR manager of a finance company. Many of our employees have previous complained about there being no communal space in the office. We have recently received budget to allow us to add a communal kitchen space to our office. We have concerns that this may affect workflow in the office negatively but are also aware of the positives that can also come with creating such a communal meeting spot. How would you design a kitchens location in the office if you had complete freedom? What are important factors to take into consideration to maximise employee satisfaction with this addition? How often should we aim to restructure the workplace to fight burnout?
Hey, I am an office admin for a sales company. A few years ago we had a complete office restructure, it was a massive success and actually resulted in the employees performing at a higher level. Now a few years on the employees are starting to stagnate again and comment on the office setup currently not being efficient for their workflow. I was wondering how often an office should be restructured? Or is it something which should be constantly monitored with minor changes continuously made over time to meet changes in demands? Any help would be great, thanksAsked 2 months ago

How much office space is optimal for each employee?
Hey, I work for an accounting office of a technology company. We are constantly trying to optimize workflow and space and have numerous efficiency metrics. One thing we have not been able to measure yet but is interesting to us is the optimal space per employee for their work. We do not want to waste potential workspace but equally do not hamper our employees by restricting them too much. Does anyone know what office space size per employee is recommended?
