How to ensure access to the resources employees need when hot desking?

Hey everyone, I have a question regarding hot desking. How can we ensure that employees have access to the resources they need when they're hot desking? I know it can be difficult when different people use the same desk, so I'm looking for tips or best practices to make sure everyone has what they need to work effectively. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

First, ensure each employee has a locker to store personal items during their shift. Second, create an online resource library where employees can access any of the software or documents they need for their work. 
Finally, invest in a good office management system with a booking app that employees can use to plan their seats in advance. This way,  they'll be able to find a desk that fits their needs without having to wait for someone else to finish.
