What are the advantages of a team-cluster office layout?

Hey. There is a lot of team-based work at my company, so I'm exploring the option of adopting a team-cluster office layout. However, some employees have pointed out that this may cause noise or disruptions to other teams. Has anyone implemented a team-cluster office layout and found it to be beneficial?

Team clustering can be quite beneficial if you've got a lot of team-based work at your company. The benefits include significantly improved collaborative productivity, zero visual distractions, and the opportunity to share ideas with other employees. In this layout, employees working on the same project can easily share ideas and consult with one another. However, it's worth mentioning that the team cluster layout is somewhat difficult to implement due to the space it takes up.
