How to design an office space that supports employee engagement and productivity?
Asked 2 years ago
Hello, I'm the manager of a small marketing firm and I'm looking to transform our current office space into one that supports employee engagement and productivity. We have noticed that morale and productivity have been low lately, and we believe that our current office environment may be contributing to this. We want to create a more engaging and productive space that will foster a positive and supportive work culture, and we are seeking guidance on how to approach this process.

46% of professionals cited their office environment for their low productivity. To mitigate this, start with a plan.
Observe how employees use spaces, research solutions, and discuss future plans with them. You may need to rearrange spaces, add amenities, or upgrade equipment. Even if you can't meet all requests, employees should feel involved.
Workspaces should be properly divided to include spaces for concentration, collaboration, and recreation.
POC's space management tool can help you do this. It helps visualize the workplace, efficiently allocate space inventory for different rooms and amenities, create the layout of each one, and then run simulation
